Market Development

• Identify market opportunities and generate leads to support the growth of opportunity pipelines for the Line of Business (LOB).
• Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new international markets while strengthening (Line of Business) LOB position in existing regions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor architectural works from design to construction stage of design & build projects.

• Collaborate with Structural and M&E teams to provide technical directions on design and detail development. Review the architectural design from consultants and subcontractors based on contractual and project specification requirement.

• Prepare, review and monitor architectural works schedule based on the project master program. Regularly provide updates through coordination meetings.

• Attend regular technical meetings related to architectural works through design stage and construction stage.

• Oversee the overall planning of architectural works, site inspections, monitoring of progress of work, variation order and certification of work done for all assigned projects.

• Oversee the monitoring of site to ensure that all architectural works of the project team and subcontractors are in compliance to the defined standards and drawings. Provide technical supports to construction & operation teams

• Review documented technical requirements and project plan to ensure adherence to defined standards

• Support interactions with Client/SO/Government agencies, consultants, subcontractors and project team to ensure smooth delivery of work including resolution of design and construction issues

• Report to Design Manager/ Construction Manager on following up materials, shop drawing preparing from our consultants and subcontractors.

• Provide review and submissions to clients.

• Provide input to the Project Management Team on all architectural related matters

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural Engineering or its equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of experience after tertiary education in relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context.

• This role is to ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications and all interface details with SWCs works are carried out as per CCSM and Reflected Ceiling Plans.

• Experience with LTA Project is preferable

Responsibilities:

• Site preparation and co-ordination.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales target by reaching out to new clients and making presentations or pitches about air-con products and company.
• Preparation and submission of documents.
• Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders onsite to ensure that project requirements are being met.
• Prepare, create and plan detailed work schedules, manpower and resource.
• Ensure that contractors carry out works in a safe manner with the necessary risk assessments and workplace safety measures in place to manage project risks.
• Have the ability to understand Engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations, designs and etc.
• Coordinate the safety management system onsite.
• Follow up with the project and report on the process of the project to higher management.
• Facilities Management for company premises / buildings.
• Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by reporting manager and/or management.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Singapore standards and code of practice.
