• Submit progress claims, monitor project activities
• Project planning, execute resource management and control
• Co-ordinate with sub-contractors,suppliers and Consultants for Building Construction

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the installation, testing and commissioning service.
• Able to resolve the site issues with supervisors, main contractors, sub-contractors, vendors and any related third parties.
• Attend project meetings with client, sub-contractors, and consultants.
• Assist in M&E coordination drawings and liaise with architectural coordinators and design team for drawing submission.
• Work closely with client, sub-contractors and project team to solve all technical issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Min. 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Knowledge in AUTOCAD drawings.
