About the role

As a Sales Account Manager at ComfortDelGro Engineering Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. Description

• The IT Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for supporting company users in utilizing the IT applications to execute their business functions.
• The IT BA will engage with the business stakeholders and to understand the business processes, gather and qualify the requirements, designing and develop the solutions within schedule and budget.
• Continuously review the existing application and support improvement activities wherever applicable. The IT Developer will be required to support ad-hoc/unplanned IT activities on a regular basis.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

IT Application and Management

• Ensure the smooth running of all IT applications and interfaces
• Assist the IT Application Manager on all application incidents and problem management
• Assist IT Application Manager in process design workshops, training, testing and data migration for application and related systems; these includes user requirements for functionality enhancements and issue resolutions
• Perform actual application design and development work based on business requirements
• Plan and execute test and change management activities across all applications and interfaces
• Conduct application usage training to users, developing training materials and user guides as appropriate
• Ensure all application access is monitored and regularly review against segregation of duties (SOD) policy

Delivery management

• Work with project sponsors/stakeholders for all application-related projects and activities
• Follow good project management practices and governance within the IT and vendor teams

Outsourcing and vendor management

• Assist the IT Application Manager to conduct regular vendor assessments and performance against agreed SOW and SLA

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT/Computing or related
• Preferably 1 year of software development experiences
• Experience in one or more of the following programming; JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, Python
• Understand Microsoft SharePoint “out of the box” features; Content Management, Search
• Experience in Microsoft Power Platform; Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate
• Experience in using Microsoft SharePoint List, Microsoft Dataverse
• Understand how to build and manage large document libraries

Job Overview:

The Drafter is responsible for creating detailed electrical drawings and schematics for our projects. The role involves producing accurate technical designs, updating as-built drawings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Drafter works closely with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure that all electrical designs are accurately represented in the project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts for SMRT projects, including wiring diagrams, electrical panel layouts, and system integration plans.
• Interpret technical specifications and engineering designs to create accurate and precise drawings.
• Update existing electrical drawings based on design changes or project modifications, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
• Ensure that all electrical drawings meet SMRT and regulatory standards, including compliance with the Singapore Building Code, Electrical Wiring Code, and relevant SMRT guidelines.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers, designers, and project managers to clarify drawing requirements and resolve design issues.
• Assist in the preparation of tender and construction documents by producing the necessary electrical layouts and diagrams.
• Perform revisions to drawings as needed based on feedback from engineers or project stakeholders.
• Maintain an organized database of all project drawings, ensuring version control and proper documentation for future reference.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss drawing requirements, updates, and any technical issues related to electrical designs.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings to meet project schedules and deadlines.
• Conduct site visits (if required) to verify existing conditions and ensure drawings reflect the actual site conditions.
• Support in the coordination between different teams (e.g., mechanical, civil) to ensure seamless integration of electrical designs with other systems.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in drafting electrical designs, preferably with experience in rail or large infrastructure projects.
  Experience working on SMRT or other similar transportation projects is an advantage.
  
• Skills:Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.
  Knowledge of electrical design standards, including the Singapore Electrical Wiring Code and relevant SMRT guidelines.
  Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical specifications and designs.
  Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with potential site visits to SMRT stations or project locations as required.

1. Assist the Project Manager to plan, monitor and control daily works at the project sites, able to read and drawing M&E drawing by using AutoCAD.

2. Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system.

3. Comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.

4. Implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.

5. Take responsibility for prevention of work-related injury and ill health.

6. Ensure that project operations and document control procedures are adhered to.

7. Plan, coordinate and monitor M&E subcontractor’s activities at project sites.

8. Maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices.

9. Ensure that all M&E works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.

10. Ensure that inspection and tests are carried out as per Inspection and Test Plans, quality control mechanisms are being used and results are conformed to specifications.

11. Submit sample materials and calibration certificates to consultants for approval.

12. Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
