• Participate in product development.

Key Responsibilities:

   Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration of new hires.
   Monitor and manage leave, attendance, and benefits administration.
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in HR management, with a focus on payroll and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of MOM regulations, employment laws, and statutory requirements in [specific country/region].

• 8–10 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry, including large-scale projects.
• Preferred: Legal knowledge and experience with contracts.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills, with proficiency in contract management tools.
