Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Oversee and manage all engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and alignment with company objectives.
• Plan and assign tasks to engineering teams in Singapore and Myanmar, ensuring efficient workflows and on-time project completion.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 4 years in automotive, manufacturing, machine shop, or assembly environments. Proven experience in engineering design, analysis, and developing 3D solid models (SolidWorks, Inventor, CREO).
• Strong understanding of engineering design principles, material processing techniques, and BOM management (automotive, aerospace, or rail industries).
• Experience in an engineering release and change management environment is an advantage. Familiarity with automotive terminology, vehicle systems, and build processes is a plus.
• Proficient in ERP applications, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team motivation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in project management methodologies, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear, concise reporting and technical documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Support senior management in developing business strategies and building strong client relationships, focusing on legal considerations for partnerships and collaborations.
• Manage the Contracts Department, overseeing all pre- and post-contract administration, including tender and procurement processes.
• Lead cost planning and tender submission preparations.
• Supervise quotation invitations, negotiations, evaluations, recommendations, and confirmations.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry, including large-scale projects.
