1) Degree in Mechanical Engineering holder with 2-4 relevant experience

related spreadsheet software.

4) Must be able to effectively handle many concurrent projects.

5) AWS, ASME AS, PD5500.

Duties & Responsibilities

a. Assist QA/QC Manager in the managing the QA/QC department.

b. Establish, implement and maintain the QC system for products that need to comply with ASME codes.

c. Prepare, control and maintain the QC Manual in accordance with ASME code.

d. Initiate quality programs and report to QA/QC Manager for the current product quality level.

e. Develop Inspection Test Plan (ITP), inspection and testing procedures.

f. Supervise and guide the team of QC inspectors and administrative assistant.

g. Control the usage of ASME stamps and review ASME’s MDR forms.

h. Maintain and control the welding procedures (WPS) and welder performance qualification records.

i. Any Adhoc assignment given by QA/QC Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects according to deadlines, budget, and scope.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project progress.
• Serve as the communication bridge between the client and internal team, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and documentation.
• Coordinate resources and logistics for project activities.
• Monitor project milestones and report progress to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues to ensure successful delivery.
• Prepare and distribute project reports, status updates, and presentations.
• Assist in managing relationships with clients, suppliers, and other external partners.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in project coordination, management, or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in software such as Excel, Clickup.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
