•Past Experience in M&E coordination and complete and hand over the project.

•Liaise with respective Main contractor / consultants and client on the intended designs and resolve issue in technical M&E CSD matters along with prefab DfMA coordination, Fabrication and site implication.

•Coordinate with other disciplines on site such as Architectural & Structural teams on design and project schedule of manufacturing and coordination and installations.

•Check the DfMA prefab drawing and highlight discrepancies to design and production team.

•Submission of DfMA Drawing and get approval from Maincon, Consultant and client. Close coordination with M&E Subcontractor to acknowledge the drawing and input their service installation and Off-site factory installation and site DfMA prefab module installation.

•Knowledge of Revit and CAD drawing.
