Responsibilities:

Able to read architectural drawings & prepare using AutoCAD.

Prepare shop drawings & cutting list.

Experience in aluminium industry

Work closely with our project supervisor to update on site progress.

Min exp 3-4 years

Updating of drawings when necessary other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

Candidate should have the knowledge of aluminium window/door and extrusion profiles.

Candidate must be able to work independently and in a team.

Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Software knowledge Auto Cad, Microsoft Excel, and Word;

Able to work under pressure and tight deadline

Your Role:

- Receive, store and issue machine tools from/to operators

- Responsible for Tool Inventory management (monitoring and request to order cutters/tools/holder), storage of jig & fixtures

- Upkeep and maintenance of tools

- Tool balancing (calibration)

Requirements:

- CNC Machining background

- Knowledge of tooling and cutter used in precision machining

- Knowledge in interpreting basic mechanical drawing

- Basic MS Excel knowledge

Responsible for the electrical and control system.

· Familiar with IEC, ISO & related E&I codes.

· Comfortable in reading and understanding of project specifications.

· P&ID understanding in cable installation, instrumentlocation/routine, cable schedule, cable termination drawings andcalculation

· Handson experience with LV Motor Control Center, Local ControlPanel, Local Control Station, Junction Box, RIO Panel, Fibre opticinterface panel (Fibre optic panel), Field fibre optic termination panel(Fibre optic panel) and UPS Distribution Box.

. Familiar with fire detection, emergency shudown sytem, HVACsystem.

· Familiar with Single Line Diagram, Load List, Motor Datasheet, PanelHeat dissipation, Power Cable & Ladder/Conduit Routing, CableLadder & Accessories BOM.

· Testing and commissioning of MCC and control panel.

· Proficient with the testing procedures and applicable rules andregulations of regulatory bodies

· Coordinate with all sections for testing/ commissioningrequirements with different stakeholders and arrange for facilitiesand instruments for the project.

· Able to work with different nationalities within the core team.

· PLC programming (added advantage).

· Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience & Certifications

· Minimum ITI

· Preferably with at least 10-15 years’ of experiences in electrical andcontrol instrumentation.

· Demonstrate experience in troubleshooting and problem solving inthe Electrical and Instrumentation area.

· Strong experience and ability to read and interpret electricaldrawings, single line, schematics, and specifications.

· Ability to interact effectively and positively with all levels ofpersonnel, customers, vendors and visitors.

· Proficient with MS Office and related Engineering Software (such asAutoCAD, Naviswork & programming software).

· Proficient in English language, both oral and written.

· Ability to work well both independently and as a team.
