Job Responsibilities
• Generate the basic ISO drawings including bill of materials
• Interpret Piping, Structural, Tankage, Equipment drawings
• To understand Scope of work, Contractual Obligation and follow up
• Identifying project issue and generate technical queries to client
• Site preparation and co-ordination, preparation of submission documents
• Coordinate & liaise with various related parties including customer, consultants, sub-contractor on site to ensure project requirement are met.
• Coordinate the safety management system on site
• Manage work fronts and works deployment timely with project team
• Generate project schedule, and resources planning
• Generate method of statement and risk assessment

Job Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Preferably with at least 3 years’ experience in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industries
• Proficiencies in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project, Power Point)
• Experience in Planning & familiar with Planning software tools, Primavera (P6), Autocad shall be added value
• Have driving license will be advantage

Job Description

- Design, customise and build components and systems for product testing and qualification

- Perform and complete product qualification and tests in accordance with prescribed standards

- Trouble-shoot and resolve technical issues with regard to process and testing

- Collaborate and liaise with internal engineering teams / sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables

- Support management of workshops and laboratories

Job Requirements

- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Precision Engineering

- Experience in relevant engineering field

- Proficient in ASTM, BS, ISO, MIL standards

- Proficient in Solidworks

- Familiarity with pneumatics preferred

- Qualification and trained in BizSAFE Level 2 and ISO22301 preferred.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical engineering or related discipline, with 5 years of relevant experience in managing maintenance projects at process plants and / or other similar process environment.
• Extensive knowledge of process, mechanical, construction, design, finance and advanced project management techniques.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Powerpoint; Projects; Design softwares are a plus.
• Experience in managing projects to ensure that goals and objectives of the projects are accomplished within an established time frame and budget parameters
• Experienced cross-functional team leader.
• Scheduling and coordinating various activities is required.
• Central hub for communication for all technical and commercial opportunities and challenges related to project activities.
• Customer sales and services is also a part of the position and requires the ability to develop new business opportunities in refineries, terminals, and other large industrial accounts; service existing accounts, and act as a customer service representative to these accounts.
• Able to deal with change and ambiguity well for all technical and commercial opportunities and challenges related to project activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate activities associate with a given project. This can include specification review, budget / proposal preparation and bid development to include time frame, procedures to accomplish the project, staffing requirements and allotted available resources for each phase of the project.
• Reviews and understands project scope and customer requirements; communicates requirements and manage the teams including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, subcontractors and other various parties responsible for the success of the project.
• To comply with clients' tendering procedures and conditions, structuring of contract packages and appointment, administration and payment of subcontractors and suppliers.
• To identify, report and update the contract changes and modifications to the relevant parties.
• To direct and manage the performances of responsibilities delegated to the subordinate staff employed in the project.
• To ensure the job safety and environmental protection are in compliance with the company Health, Safety and Environmental procedures.
• To ensure the quality of works delivered is in accordance with the contract specifications and with the company QA / QC procedures.
• Professional relationship with clients, suppliers and Local Authorities.
• To ensure that all quotations, relevant information to the client are delivered in the current form and within the necessary time frame.

• Participate in the CQV activities of lab equipment within a GMP environment
• Protocol Development (IQ, OQ, PQ) and execution
• Interface with client personnel and with outside vendors when necessary while performing the above.
• Must have execution experience.
• The individual will manage all facets of assigned validation projects while maintaining strong communication with client representatives on project status and assistance needed.

Responsibilities

A combination of the following responsibilities and capabilities will form the seniority of post applicable.

· Design, implementation, UAT and deployment of System infrastructure solutions comprising hybrid/multi cloud requirements with on-premise virtualisation and/or hyperconverged solutions.

· Create architecture artefacts and documentations to effectively explain and present the solution design to stakeholders.

· Implementation of networking, servers and systems product.

· Conduct requirements specifications and prepare project documentations necessary, including configuration documentations for the implementations.

· Prepare and conduct User Acceptance Test and test documents.

· Candidate may also be assessed but non-mandatory, if they have other skillset & experience for taking up some responsibilities of system and system products such as:

o Implementation of high availability network infrastructure, Nex-Gen firewall and security.

o Implementation of high availability servers, OS and database clustering for Linux and/or Microsoft Windows

o Implementation of storage and backup systems

o Implementation of system monitoring and management.

o Microsoft Active Directory or LDAP, IAM/IDM system

o Implementation of multi-site and/or disaster recovery site.

o Backup, restoration and DR switch/fail-over.

Requirement/Skills

· Experienced with networking, storage, compute and security deployment.

· Certifications in CISSP or CEH will be an added advantage.

· Certifications in CISCO networking will be an added advantage.

· Certifications in VMware will be an added advantage.

· Certifications in Cyber Security will be an added advantage

o Experienced with system hardening and VAPT will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

• Loading, transporting and delivery of goods to and fro customers' place in safe, timely manner.
• Able to handle heavy items (our goods are metals and steel bars).
• Check goods against packing list or delivery note to ensure quantity is correct before delivery.
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.

Requirement:

• Possess Class 3 or 4 driving license.
• Familiar with Singapore route.
• Able to understand simple English.
• Physically fit.
• Safe driving record.
