Roles & Responsibilities

· Assist Project Manager in managing and monitoring day-to-day projects operation

· Ensure proper taking over of in-coming projects from sales department

· Proper preparation (Cost Sheets, Cost-estimates etc) and documentation of individual project upon received work orders

· Manage multiple projects independently and to be familiar with system integration works

· Liaise with Clients, Contractors and Consultants from design stage, project execution to project handing over

· Attend to all project related queries and to check drawings to resolve discrepancies during design stage

· Responsible for stakeholder’s management which includes attending meetings, coordination discussion, shop drawing preparation, documentation submission and supervision works.

· Ensure proper planning & control of all project/order assigned with approved project schedule updated with events changes

· Preparation of Progressive Claim and other claim related documents to ensure smooth payment transaction between company and all other clients

· To coordinate and establish good relationship with all current and future suppliers for smooth project execution

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

· Diploma and/or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other Engineering discipline, project management, or equivalent

· Minimum 2 years and above Working in Singapore

· Local Graduate is welcomed.

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Demonstrates good teamwork and resource management

· Knowledge in Waste Management and Pneumatic Waste Conveyance System will be an added advantage

• Ensure receiving items are correct and complete with the accompanying documents and strictly following the documented Work Instruction and Procedures

• Notify Logistics for any discrepancy for receiving & outbound items

• Notify Logistics for any discrepancy for receiving & outbound items

• Direct receipt & support Direct Raw Material shipment to Batam and fowarder (C&G)

• Label goods received with accouracy and ensure proper storage of goods as required.

• Material kitting for outbound transaction & material movement to production shopfloors

• Ensure that the storage area and the goods are properly maintained.

• Escalate to Supervisor/ Manager if found concern on safety issues or potential breakform in warehouse process gaps that may lead to inventory inaccuracy, quality of the materials and delivery during receiving and materials issuing

• Packing & Palletizing and related logistics assistic for movement of stocks/ products.

Min 2 years relevant working experience in logistics related environment.

Computer literate

Applicants from manufacturing/engineering environment preferred

Good understanding in Electronic Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply Chain Management would be an added advantage

1) Plan machining by studying engineering drawings with understanding of General Dimensions / Tolerances.

2) Programming by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tools and parameters.

3) Handle all CNC machine related mechanism

4) Verify settings with measurable and First-Off parts against drawings

5) Ensure safe operations and handling at all times

6) Practice preventive maintenance on machines
