You will hunt, qualify and acquire new businesses with new accounts for the Singapore Public Sector domain. You will work closely with stakeholders from the solutions and project teams in response to RFQ/RFI. We are looking for a candidate with a can-do attitude, strong sense of ownership and desire to succeed in a role with significant growth opportunities in Singapore and regionally.

• Prospect, build, develop and manage relationships with potential new clients
• Possess good prospects qualification
• Able to collaborate with key stakeholders to develop winning proposals that creates value for the client and respond to RFI/RFQ
• Participate as a key stakeholder in pricing strategy
• Pitch at key events such as trade exhibitions and conferences and solicit feedback and information on market trends, as well as prospect for new clients
• Organise technology demonstration events to showcase capabilities and engage potential customers
• Handle sales cadence where required

Qualities We Value

• Degree in Engineering or Business
• More than 5 years’ experience in Sales and leading a team
• Prior experience in Government sector will be an added advantage
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Aptitude in articulating business proposals and plans to key stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce software is a plus
• Experience in the homeland borders control, maritime and/or aviation hubs would be ideal

1.Min. 10 years experience in engineering, maintenance and project execution in controls, electrical and instrumentation in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industries.Knowledgeable in DCS, SCADA, IPS, PLC, Interlock Logic Diagrams, Instrumentation Loop Drawings, Electrical Drawings, P&IDs.Competent in handling Honeywell (EPKS) Experion PKS (including back-up restore, HMI Web Builder, PAS Plant State Suite Alarm Management System, Corworx Software and Maximo/SAP.
