This role is responsible to perform the role of a Project Manager for all site Tech Transfer (TT) projects, with the focus on all Engineering activities associated with site readiness and collaborate in a cross-functional environment to drive the TT to completion.

• For project change requirements extending beyond Engineering campaign, ensure that these are collected under a Hypercare plan with committed budget, resources and timeline. Oversight these changes and activities under Hypercare until completion.
• Provide updates in site weekly TT meetings and TT IPTs.
• Ensure that end user review new equipment/facility usage for long term operational sustainability, e.g. review equipment occupancy at the desired cycle time. Evaluate options if further equipment/facility changes are needed and transfer accountability of these changes to responsible owner.
• Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

Job Description

• Oversee project execution during design, construction and testing and commission works for water and wastewater treatment works or process plant engineering and construction works.

Working Hours: 44 hours per week

Monday to Friday : 8 hours per day

Saturday : 4 hours (After successful completion of probation period, you will have the flexibility to work from home on Saturdays)

· Managing project documents, including drawings, plans, contracts, and permits

· Facilitating communication between project stakeholders, such as contractors, suppliers, and clients

· Assisting with project scheduling and coordinating activities to ensure timely completion

· Assisting with budget management, tracking expenses, and coordinating procurement of materials

and equipment

· Compiling project progress reports, documenting issues or delays, and communicating updates to

relevant parties

· Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining records of safety inspections and

incidents

· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project records

· Coordinating logistics related to site access, equipment, and storage of materials

· Assisting with quality control procedures and inspections to ensure work meets specified standards

· Providing general administrative support to the project team

Requirements :-

· Min. 3 years of relevant experience in site administration

· GCE ‘O level or equivalent

· Engineering or Construction background is an added advantage

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Ability to work independently and as a part of the team

· Class 3 Driving license is required for this position

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Process daily accounting transactions
• Process & verify invoices & payments
• Handle Account Receivable & Payables matters and accounting reconciliation
• Prepare monthly financial reports for management reporting
• Data entry including keying receipt vouchers to the accounting system
• Verification of accounting document and data entry into accounting system
• Assist in monthly closing and GST report submission
• Handle and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, audits, and tax filings
• Liaise with external/internal auditors and tax agents as required
• Adhere to accounting and financial procedures, systems and compliance with accounting standards and financial policies

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD
• Develop layout plans, elevations, sections, details and perspective drawings
• Liaise with site supervisor and technical coordinator for any drawings changes and amendment
• Liaise with Main Contractor for shop drawing submission
• Amend drawings to be used for site construction
  

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in architectural, engineering or construction related background
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience on AutoCAD
• Proficiency in BIM software is preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office application
• Experience in steel, aluminium and metal works industry is preferred
