• Preparation & submission of Quarterly GST Returns
• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing & financial reporting to Management
• Processing of supplier’s invoices, monthly staff expense claims, and reimbursement
• Preparation of weekly supplier payments
• Issuing of Debit Note & Credit Note
• Handle Monthly Petty Cash
• Any ad-hoc activities as assigned

Requirements:-

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or possess any professional certificates in accountancy
• At least 1-2 years of accounting experience
• Able to work independently, a strong sense of responsibility, and under pressure.
• Able to multi-task and work within deadlines.

Other information:

• 5.5 days alternate Saturday work week.
• Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm , Alternate Saturday 8.30am-3.00pm.

-TEAM WORK WITH PROJECT MEMBERS.

-ABLE TO STUDY THE MEP BASE DESIGN.

-SALARY FROM S$3,000 TO S$5,000 (DEPEND OF EXPERIENCED)

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage inventory control processes, including stock-taking and monitoring.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to meet operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
• Coordinate and liaise with various departments to optimize warehouse processes.
• Handle inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
• Implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Resolve operational issues effectively to maintain seamless workflows.
