Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee the execution to ensure it aligns with initial plans.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, adjusting as necessary to keep the project on track.
• Monitor the performance of team members, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee the recruitment and training of project staff, ensuring they are qualified and equipped for their roles.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the Construction Industry.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Building and Construction safety regulations.
