Your Role
As our Sales Engineer, you will play a vital role in the company’s revenue growth through obtaining new sales from existing and new customers, as well as maintaining strong business relationship with customers.
Your Calling
· Plan and carry out sales activities (quotation, price negotiation, delivery, etc.)
· Exploring new potential customers and obtain new businesses
· Execute sales and marketing strategies to improve/increase sales revenue
· Liaise with customers and address their feedbacks/issues
· Establish and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential customers
· Provide sales and technical/engineering support to customers
· Prepare and deliver technical presentation to explain and promote company’s services
· Keep track of orders and ensure timely delivery
· Monitoring competition by gathering current market information on pricing, delivery lead time etc.
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Your Success Factors
· Min. ITE in Precision/Manufacturing Engineering or similar field
· Able to read and interpret technical drawings
· Experience in Precision Engineering or related field advantageous
· Have experience in using ERP Systems advantageous
· Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Initiative and results driven
