Position : Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

· Maintain inspection records of works, materials and all completed works

· Keeping track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to the Project Director

The Process Engineer reports to the Tender & Contracts Manager and is responsible for the below:

• The IT Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for supporting company users in utilizing the IT applications to execute their business functions.

ACMV Design/Site Engineer - Job Description

1. System Design: Create and optimise air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems, including load calculations and equipment selection.

2. Site Supervision: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of ACMV systems on-site to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.

2. Professional Accreditation: Registration with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore; Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP) is advantageous.

3. Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in HVAC or ACMV design, preferably within Singapore.

• Perform, coordinate, manage and support of Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Set to work (STW) and Harbour Acceptance Test (HAT).
• Perform software configuration management and technical documentation.
• Perform hardware / software maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Liaise with customers, project manager and other engineering trades.
• Ensure operationality and functionality of SMS during the maintenance period of the vessel life cycle.
• Maintain close working relationships with customer, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge in PLC programming and SCADA software.
• Knowledge in control & instrumentation, and control system design.
• Knowledge in computer administration, cybersecurity and networking concepts.
• Knowledge of standard Communication protocols like Modbus RTU/TCP, Profibus, RS422, RS485, NMEA, CANbus J1939.
• Knowledge in Python, JSON, Restful, Machine Learning and Data Analytics experience will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of international codes, Marine Classification/Statutory Rules and Regulations will be an advantage.
• Experience in Site Testing and commissioning will be an advantage.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering in Electrical / Electronics / Computer, those with other engineering experiences are also welcome.
• At least 5 years experiences with system architecture design, system maintenance, and/or IT/Networking
• Ability to work independently under pressure, as well as able to lead a small team
• Possess good communication skills to communicate with suppliers and customers at all levels
• Possess good analytical skills and good problem-solving & troubleshooting skills

Job Description:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of MRO materials and equipment.
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Safely store MRO materials and equipment in the warehouse following proper guidelines.
• Implement proper labelling and categorization systems to ensure materials are easy to find.
• Process orders for maintenance parts and equipment requested by maintenance or operational teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of required parts to avoid delays in maintenance or production.
• Assist with sourcing and negotiating the purchase of MRO materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, requisitions, and shipments.
• Update computerized inventory systems or databases.
• Ensure the warehouse meets all safety standards, including proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Ensure that all MRO tools and equipment are in good working condition.
• Act as a liaison between the warehouse and other departments, ensuring clear communication regarding stock availability, order status, and material requirements.
• Oversee the calibration and maintenance of tools and equipment stored in the warehouse.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure tools are functioning properly.
• Comply with all regulatory and environmental requirements.

3. To perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the management.

4. To ensure quality requirements are disseminated to workers and sub contractors.

5. To facilitate client quality management meetings.

6. To review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements.

7. To monitor th disposition of all issued non conformance reports.

8. To monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system and recommend and implement improvements when required.

9. To coordinate all QA / QC activities with the Project Manager.

10. To coordinate all quality related correspondence witht he customer's representatives.

11. To action and close all customer complaints.

12. To control and archive documentation upon the completion of the project.
