• Issue quotation for all Refuse Handling Equipment and & Refuse
  Collection Vehicle, repair jobs.
• Email comprehensive maintenance quotation to customer and process renewal.
• Pass documents for billing to accounts department promptly.
• Assist maintenance and service team on documents.
• Reply to emails for breakdowns and repair jobs, promptly.
• Prepare and scan maintenance checklist monthly email to customer.
• Maintaining E -copies documents in the server and filing hardcopies.
• Prepare labour costing for accounts department, twice monthly.
• Update and check the maintenance schedules are completed.
• Coordinate with the technicians on the servicing schedules.
• Provide technician with details to attend emergency breakdown.
• Updating store on withdrawal of items under job numbers.
• Issue material/operation form, to purchasing department to order items, locally.
• Liaise with oversea suppliers for spare parts and follow up for shipment delivery.
• Perform ALL other service and maintenance administration for the Head of Service Department / Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

• Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
• Verify and reconcile supplier statements.
• Prepare and send out customer invoices.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and manage debt collection.

Bank Reconciliations:

• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Financial Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Input financial data into accounting software.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial transactions.

Payroll Assistance:

• Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Expense Management:

• Track and reconcile company expenses.
• Ensure all expenses are authorized and appropriately documented.

Support for Financial Reporting:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Provide support during audits and financial reviews.

General Administrative Duties:

• Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
• Assist in office management tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration is preferred
• Relevant Accounting certifications are a plus

Experience:

• A minimum of 3-5 years working experience in a relevant job role is advantageous
• Previous experience in an accounting role, preferably within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (especially Excel)

Skills:

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Awareness of industry-specific financial practices is advantageous.

• Job Location: Near Pioneer
• 5 day work week
• 9am-6pm

Requirements:
