• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering)
• Supports the development of User Requirement Specifications (URS), Functional Specifications (FS), and Design Specifications (DS).
• Configures HMI and SCADA for production process visualization and control.
• Integrates process instrumentation (sensors, transmitters, valves) into automation systems.
• Collaborates with process engineers to optimize production processes through automation.
• Experience with Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block Diagram (FBD), or other programming languages.
• Skilled in the design and configuration of HMI and SCADA systems.
• Familiar with systems such as DeltaV, Siemens PCS 7, and Rockwell Automation.
• Knowledge of sensors, transmitters, and valves, and their integration into automation systems.
• Understanding of validation processes (IQ, OQ, PQ) and GAMP guidelines.
• Ability to translate process requirements into functional specifications and understanding of critical process parameters.

Job Summary:

The Clean Utility engineer is responsible for URS development, design review, equipment or system specification review or preparation, bidding, installation, commissioning and qualification of clean utility equipment & system (PW, WFI, PS, PCA, O2 etc.,) and deliver clean utility system on schedule, within budget and in compliance with EHS, Quality, regulations, related standards and user requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Deeply involved in project design, working with design teams and suppliers to provide detailed designs that meet user requirements;
2. Packages URS development, review and approval by end users and related approvers;
3. Review, check and approve deliverables including documents, equipment/system of clean utility system produced by contractors;
4. Cooperate with the procurement team to complete relevant bidding work, including bidding plan development and approval, technical clarification, technical scoring, etc.
5. Lead site installation, commissioning activities of Clean Utility system, working closely with users, vendors, project team to ensure packages delivered on schedule, within budget and in compliance with EHS, Quality, regulations, related standards and user requirements;
6. Review technical drawings, specifications and related documents for equipment and systems, including generator & distribution of PW, WFI, PS, PCA, etc.;
7. Lead or support CU equipment qualification and other related work in site;
8. Other ad hoc tasks as required by department and company.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in pharmaceutical of semiconductor industry.
2. Experienced in Clean Utility specifications and familiar with international and local codes and standards;
3. Professional experience in project management.
4. Self-initiative, independent and goal-oriented way of working.
5. Familiar with office software, AUTOCAD and others necessary software.
6. Good communication, analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
7. Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent disciplines.
8. Good cooperation and communication skills, accept short term business travel in domestic and international.

Job Description:

Provide IC Layout Design support by performing floor planning, routing, and physical verification of analog/RF mixed-signal blocks like Rx, Tx, LNA, PLL, ADC, DAC.

Independent Layout Engineers with good understanding on the above blocks

Proficient in Virtuoso XL & Calibre.

Process nodes < 22nm is preferred.

4. Identify from Quality & EHS and control the critical process and parameter of the equipment systems, take participate in the investigation of critical deviations and evaluation of major changes in companies.
5. Participate in the design and execution of the upgrade or expansion projects in companies.
6. Participate in the capability evaluation and operation review to the existing equipment systems in companies.
7. Responsible for relevant EHS audit, energy management and energy saving projects in companies.
8. Responsible for Project BU packages and interface management, site installation supervision, commissioning and start up management.
9. Fully in compliance with requirements of WuXi Biologics EHS, compliance, Quality, policies, SOPs.
10. Other ad hoc tasks as required by department and company.

• Convey project needs from the project manager to the management of the firm. For example, in a case whereby extra funds are needed for the completion of a project, the project manager communicates the situation to the management of the company usually through the construction operations manager
• Assist in the maintenance, development, and enhancement of the company’s relationship with contractors in a bid to produce strategic partnership
• Train and mentor employees in areas of project management and estimating.
