• Minimum Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in project/construction environment
• Proficient in relevant software programmes for planning and project workPro-active team player with good analytical and communication skills

Required to have at least 2 years of viaduct and/or flyover construction

Job DescriptionOverall responsibilities

1.1. Responsible to lead two teams of production operators/sewer to meet daily production targets, schedule and quality standards

1.2. Plan workflow on the production teams to achieve production targets

1.3. Draw up duty roster for operators/technicians; allocating work and authorize overtime which is justified by capacity planning and reporting

1.4. Motivate and guide the operators and technicians, maintain discipline and manage their performance appraisals

1.5. Responsible for the safety and security management of the production floor

1.6. Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to the product, process and quality system

1.7. Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system

1.8. Responsible to initiate the daily production scheduler meeting and attend the daily operations meeting

• Provide support for operational and technical activities
• Machine and equipment maintenance/calibration
• Establish SOP and machine manual to provide comprehensive servicing and maintenance programmes
• Identify areas of process improvement and automation to implement work improvement programmes to achieve desired machine efficiency and reject rate
• Plan, evaluate and improve technical / engineering projects for cost and productivity
• Implementation of industrial safety practice to ensure compliance

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Apply procedures for management of internal project, MOC implementation, in accordance with safety policies, plant policies and regulations.
• Coordinate MOC implementation and participate in following up closely of MOCs/projects from operation, Maintenance, HSE, Process, contractors, and various stakeholders.
• Perform duties of on call management..
• Work in accordance to organization’s standards, processes and procedures.

Project

• Preparation of project deliverables for gate phases approval and project implementation.
• Estimation of project cost and schedule for gate approvals.
• Following up with KPIs throughout project execution till closure
• Responsible for the execution of projects (organization of teams, planning, overall monitoring of achievements and KPIs
• Review schedule, manpower planning of engaged parties / external engineers.

Sub-contractors

• Supervise external engineering company and engineering contracts.
• Review & validate engineering documentations.
• Establish technical specifications, lead technical clarification, perform technical assessment of vendors / contractors.

HSEQ

• Ensure the application of standards, documents, regulations, HSEQ management systems in his/her activities
