• Microsoft Cloud Services: Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Azure Data Lake Storage, BLOB Storage

Key Responsibilities:

• Create application design by working with technical leads and architects.
• Create and maintain high-quality Design documentation.
• Produce code with established design principles including static and dynamic code analysis.
• Proactively learn related architectural components including Databases, Message Broker\Contribute to deployment activities including Dockerization, CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate in a multi-cultural team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Cloud Application development.
• Strong programming knowledge in one or more programming languages – preferably in Python / Golang / Java.

1. Able to produce a clear and maintainable codebase. Knowledge of clean coding practices such as S.O.L.I.D is essential.
2. Demonstrate skills in unit testing and appreciate the benefits of test suites.

• Demonstrate knowledge of REST API best practices and design guidelines.

1. Strong skill set in one or more REST API frameworks – such as Spring Boot, FAST API, and Flask.
2. Expected to know the performance, deployment, and security considerations of REST API

• Highly desirable to have GraphQL experience supporting Frontend applications.
• Hands-on experience in one or more relational Database systems – preferably in PostgreSQL.

1. Demonstrate ability to independently design Schema, usage of ORM tools, and write plain SQL.

• Working knowledge of event-driven architecture and experience in one or more Message Brokers, preferably Kafka.
• Essential to know the fundamentals of containerized applications.
• Able to work by integrating design with other teams even with insufficient/partial information.
• Desirable to have a working knowledge of public cloud infrastructure, preferably in AWS.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day‐to‐day IT operations and provide full technical support to ad‐hoc/maintenance customer for all set‐up, installation, configuration, upgrade, maintenance,troubleshooting, migration of desktops/notebooks PCs’ hardware/software, data and associated peripherals;
• Possess basic experience in LAN/WAN network administration of CLI switches, firewall administration and wireless access point;
• Ability to diagnose and recommend solutions for technical issues promptly. Respond and coordinate system fault recovery activities and cyber security incidents;
• Deploy, manage and maintain software and database;
• Apply patches, upgrades and configuration or other procedures as required;
• Control and maintain files access permission on servers;
• Manage proper backup is performed and restored in periodically basis;
• Implementation and upkeep of IT security policies;
• Manage IT inventory control and all requisition matters;
• Play an advisory role to Management on technical problems, IT upgrading and trends;
• Must be able to travel all over the island;

Requirements:

• Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Degree;
• Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 year of working experience in IT infrastructure and/or the related field;
• CCNA/CCNP certification is an added advantage;
• Familiar with Microsoft OS (XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, 2003, 2008 and 2012), server support in end user environment, Active Directory, Backup Executive, Firewall and Switches, SQL database;
• Knowledge in network management and troubleshooting;
• Well‐organized, able to prioritize work tasks and executive with minimal supervision, responsible;
• Keen to learn, explore, disciplined, and responsible. Able to think ‘out‐of‐the‐box’ and have an aptitude for innovation and problem solving;
• Good communication skills, positive attitude, team player, resourceful and resolve problems independently;
• Possess Class 3 driving license is an advantage;

• Assists Project Manager in the co-ordination of project management activities to ensure that projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner;
• Attends external project kick-off meetings, meetings with consultants as well as technical and co-ordination meetings, daily project meetings and internal project closure meeting;
• Assists Project Manager in carrying out all shop drawings and submission with Drafting Department;
• Assists Project Manager in carrying out risk assessment and other risk management activities; makes recommendations on risk control measures; communicating risk assessment to all workers;
• Ensures all contractors are safety inducted and issued with Permit before work commencement;
• Ensures the adherence to the safe work procedure (SWP) established; to inform project manager or project director of any shortcoming in the SWP or risk control measures implemented;
• Ensures the familiarization with the scope of works;
• Resolves site problems proactively in a timely manner and seeks advice from Project Manager as appropriate;
• Ensures the timely preparation of project progress and other reports;
• Follows up on all aspects of QA/QC matters; records all defects works and ensure proper documentation;
• Co-ordinates daily activities of workers’ duties and to ensure that they are performed in a proper manner;
• Makes daily checks on work progress, housekeeping and safety implementation on site with safety personnel;
• Assists in cost control by cutting materials wastage, reducing labour cost, usage of tools and equipment, etc;
• Assists the Project Manager in conducting Mass Tool Box meeting with safety personnel;
• Ensures proper project documentation including email communication;
• Assists in promoting good team morale and team spirit in the project team;
