Main Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development:
• Develop, construct, test, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Big Query, Composer, Dataproc, and other GCP tools.
• Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.
• Ensure the architecture supports business requirements and allows for easy reporting and analysis.
• Data Management:
• Monitor and manage data workflows and pipelines to ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability.
• Perform data profiling and analysis to identify and address data quality issues.
• Optimization and Performance:
• Optimize ETL processes and data pipeline performance to handle large-scale data efficiently.
• Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshooting and Support:
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for data pipelines and ETL processes.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.

Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform, specifically Big Query, Composer, Dataproc, and GCP Tools.

Strong experience with ETL processes and tools.

Job Scope:

• Handle Sales and Marketing duties with suppliers in Asia Pacific region
• To set up credit line, review and analyze financial status of customers and manage credit control in accordance with our company’s requirements
• Coordinate with oversea offices for potential customers of expanding sales of Polyurethane chemicals and related products
• Liaison and coordination with supplier, clients and overseas offices
• Monthly / Weekly pricing from suppliers to customers / distributors
• Bi-yearly review on sales budget set with suppliers / distributors
• Prepare monthly sales report
• Identifying new customers and maximize business opportunity share from the customers
• Support sale presentations to customers for new product grade
• Manage and coordinate customer support activities and to manage assigned personnel to maximize profit, growth and industry awareness within the boundaries set in the product marketing strategies / objectives
• Manage outstanding invoices
• Setting sales strategy within the sales area
• Support in local key account management, plans and customer contacts
• Provide local market intelligence and share within team

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree / Diploma
• Possess minimum 1 – 6 years of sales & marketing experience
• Prior experience from trading / chemical industry is preferred
• Familiar with Letter Of Credit (LC)
• Ability to travel frequently on business trips in Asian region
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong communications. Interpersonal and presentation skills

• Assist the Project Manager/ Senior Engineer on all activities that are carried out at the construction site;
• Responsible for material quantities take-off, build bill of materials;
• Assist the Commercial Department in materials procurement;
• Coordination, implementation, management of all M&E works;
• Perform quality control at construction sites;
• Check for discrepancies, defects, inconsistency in construction drawings.
• Manage and control Electrical, ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing & Sanitary work progress, drawings, material, samples, method statement submission and approval, to ensure quality and timely completion;
• Internal coordination with Structural and Architectural Team;
• Liaise with client’s representatives for all necessary services diversion / removal, technical issues, all necessary certificates, documents, as-built drawings

Requirements: -

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/ HVAC/ Mechatronics/ Electrical/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent;
• At least 3 – 5 years working experience with basic exposure in MEP design and construction site;
• Has the vision to develop career to become registered Professional Engineer;
• Good understanding of Singapore Code of Practice and authority submission process
• Has interest to develop career in construction industry;
• Able to operate AutoCAD software, MS Excel, MS Words and MS PowerPoint, MS Project and Project related software;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
