Responsibilities:

• Design AI/ML pipelines and engineering infrastructure to support internal and external machine learning systems at scale.
• Develop pipelines for continuous operation, feedback and monitoring of ML models leveraging best practices from the CI/CD vertical within the MLOps domain. (inc. data drift, model retraining, setting up rollbacks)

Required Experience:

• Knowledge in the operationalization of Data Science projects (MLOps) using at least one mainstream framework or platform.
• Deep understanding and application of various machine learning and evaluation concepts, their mathematical underpinnings, and trade-offs.
• Exceptional programming skills in Python (Or demonstrable ability to pick up new languages) and SQL variants, with knowledge of design patterns, code optimization, and object-oriented design.
• Familiarity with software development best practices and tools such as Agile methodologies, Jira, Jenkins, and Git.

Good to have:

• Familiar with Linux OS, Openshift, Kubernetes for container-based deployment.
• Demonstrable expertise in econometrics, statistical modelling, time-series analysis, causal inference, and their applications to pricing and marketing domains.
• Hands-on experience in designing and executing digital experimentation and hypothesis testing, including A/B testing, bandit-based experiments, and multivariate analysis.
• Experience with language models, RAG concepts, opensource generative AI (GenAI) frameworks and prompt engineering principles.

Requirements:

Your Mission

This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the overall electrical maintenance of various electrically powered and controlled machinery and equipment.

What To Expect

• Plan and direct preventive maintenance on electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.
• Develop training programs to enhance the capabilities of maintenance engineers and technicians, including relevant technical knowledge and new equipment and technologies.
• Devise and implement continuous improvement plans for manufacturing equipment.
• Allocate and monitor the maintenance budget and expenditures.
• Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance for ad-hoc issues.
• Maintain appropriate inventory and stock levels of spare parts.
• Manage maintenance service suppliers, including machinery maintenance service providers, through regular contracts and other methods to ensure consistent high-quality performance.
• Support the maintenance department in managing key maintenance metrics such as budget, downtime, personnel, preventive maintenance, spare parts, and computer systems.
• Regularly report work status and key metrics.
• Comply with applicable standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), laws, and internal guidelines.
• Lead and guide maintenance technicians in their work as needed.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance in the automated manufacturing industry preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience with electrical systems such as motors (SEW, Siemens), circuit breakers (SE), and contactors (SE).
• 2-5 years of experience with control systems such as PLC (Siemens), sensors (IFM, SICK), and relays (Omron).
• Basic to intermediate level in Siemens PLC, industrial ethernet protocols (PROFINET, EtherCAT, MODBUS TCP) and IO-LINK sensors and masters (install, fix, change, and re-setup).
• Basic to intermediate level in installation and setup of Siemens servo drives, inverters, motors and AC induction motors.
• Understanding of electrical wiring schematic drawing tools, power distribution panels, components, and grounding.
• Understanding of electrical systems, equipment, machinery and electropneumatic circuits.
• Knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
• Understanding of SAP preventive and material management modules.
• Proficiency in MS Office skills and AutoCAD.

· Develop strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor to facilitate engineering solutions by visiting customers regularly, providing pre-sales and post sales support.

· Work as a consultant to the sales teams and clients to problem-solve and make recommendations during the sales process.

Requirements:
