• To handle M&E projects independently in terms of budget, planning, schedule, and deliverables

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Tertiary Degree in a Construction/Building/Project Management/Electrical or Mechanical Engineering related field with at least 10 years of working experiences in the Construction projects.
• Good knowledge in Electrical (LV & HV) & Mechanical, knowledge in building/ critical facilities Power management, uninterruptible power supplies or standby generators are essential.
• A strong background in electrical equipment & power solutions sales in data centres will be highly preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of power protection technologies (e.g., DRUPS, UPS, diesel generators, modular power infrastructure solution).
• Capable of managing & coordinating sub-contractors/ suppliers/ vendors both on & off site to meet project deadlines.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
• Sound knowledge of Project Management procedures.
• Ability to travel across the region (when required).
