● Develop/Support validation activities such as qualification test protocol or documentation

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Resident Engineer for a 2-year renewable contract based in Woodlands. This role requires candidates to be open to working a 24/7 rotating shift schedule. Each shift will be 12 hours, with a total of 7 working days over a 2-week period. A shift allowance will be provided as part of the compensation package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and follow ITSM processes and procedures related to Support Operations.
• Ensure all communication with customers is professional, prompt, and courteous.
