• Possess a recognised Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management and at least 3 years of relevant working experience of the building construction industry

• Strong knowledge in use of Autocad, BIM software such as Revit and microsoft projects

• Quantity take-off and cost estimation sourcing of contractors and suppliers
• Understanding the requirements, prepare and submit tenders with specific deadline
• Liaise and coordinate with the Consultants, Clients and Sub-contractors
• Contract and tender document administration
• Collaborate with project team and tender department to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying Mechanical Engineering (P&S, ELECTRICAL or ACMV & etc)
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in building and construction industries.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Water Treatment industry. They are looking for a E&I Engineer to assist their E&I team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in South – easily accessible.

Duties of E&I Engineer:

• Responsible in designing and developing new control systems, which can be complex in nature necessitating the expert application of engineering knowledge and control disciplines such as process control, programmable logic controllers (PLC), and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA).
• Responsible to prepare, review and approval of drawings, instrument lists, data sheets, elect diagrams, control architecture, logic diagrams, operating procedures
• Responsible to plan and self-monitor daily engineering and design work assignments
• Responsible in controling and monitoring job costs and schedules to meet completion dates, customer technical specifications and internal technical specifications
• Responsible in developing and using engineering standards (electrical, instrument, etc.), procedures and forms for engineering design and production fabrications.
• Responsible in providing engineering advice and support to engineers and Project Managers.
• Responsible in preparing FAT procedure and test Control system
• Responsible in conducting training on plant operation & maintenance.
• Responsible in performing plant start-up & commissioning/ troubleshooting.
• Responsible in representing the company for customer discussions and technical reviews

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Engineering/ Electrical or equivalent
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCad
• Knowledge of PLC programming experience is a bonus
• Prior experience with SCADA system is a bonus
