Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power/Energy Modules.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead a team of mechanical supervisors and contractors in performing plant maintenance, modification, and construction activities to ensure timely and safe execution with good maintenance practices.
• Coordinate with plant operators and other maintenance groups to execute maintenance and modification works without compromising safety and facility integrity.
• Conduct mechanical studies and modifications of plant facilities according to technical specifications and business requirements.
• Perform technical investigations on equipment troubles, evaluate findings, and recommend effective countermeasures to prevent recurrences.

• Attend Mechanical meeting to report day to day activities, scheduled maintenance work,

• Coordinate and supervise scheduled, breakdown and TA work executions by contractors including maintenance executed projects and modifications.
• Compliance with all safety measures, quality and maintenance procedures, including related technical specifications.
• Timely reporting of maintenance activities updates, and manage work order in SAP (PM closing, PR rise, SES, manpower hours and purchasing etc)
