As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design process for solar power projects, from conceptualization to implementation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, professional engineers, LEWs, electrical engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of solar energy projects. We are seeking a dedicated Cloud Engineer to support Azure Cloud operations, assist in cloud migration, and contribute to change implementation, cloud migration, and gain experience with DevOps and Cloud Solutioning.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support Change Implementation: Assist in system patching, upgrades, configuration changes, enhancements, and service requests.
• Cloud Migration/Deployment: Support cloud migration/deployment activities and handle escalations.
• Operational Documentation: Maintain and update operational documentation as required.
• Problem Management: Support problem management processes.

• Migration Support: Assist in operational activities required for the migration.
• System Troubleshooting: Provide system troubleshooting and problem-solving across platform and application domains, including participating in on-call escalations to troubleshoot customer-facing issues.
• Incident Management: Assist with prioritizing multiple simultaneous incidents while effectively communicating and escalating all known issues and resolutions to relevant stakeholders.
• Operational Support: Responsible for operational support, front-line management of incidents or escalation points, and providing proactive and preventative analysis.
• Process Development: Develop, implement, and maintain processes to document daily support activities/checklists, dashboards of work, and communication of timelines and issues.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a high-performance team and influence with positive energy.
• Performance Metrics: Establish metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and service level agreements (SLAs) to continually improve the performance of IT cloud operations.
• Automation Provisioning: Develop scripts and templates to automate infrastructure provisioning.
