Responsibilities

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Engineer will be providing technical services to support the design, implementation, and ongoing support of IP-based media solutions within the broadcast infrastructure. Ensuring successful integration, maintenance & support of IP technologies for the production, management, and distribution of media content in the broadcast environment.

The role involves assisting of projects execution that involve multiple stakeholders and vendors. • Offer comprehensive technical support for ‘in service’ Terex AWP/Genie machines
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with fellow Technical Services, Sales and team members within other business functions
• Gain a comprehensive commercial understanding of the Terex AWP strategy and route to market and customer base. Through this awareness identify and support commercial opportunities within the Technical Services team
• Thorough Examination and certification - perform mandatory inspections on all AWP machinery to Genie or local governing standard
• Service and repair of machines at customer locations / sites or Terex facilities as required to ensure conformance with manufacturers specifications and company policy
• Carry out assessments/inspections and report findings (including BOM, estimated Labour and plan of action) on AWP machinery
