As a Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our system and network infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring operational systems meet contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs), performing routine preventive maintenance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and managing project documentation and reports.
