• Perform engineering needed to support sales in proposing custom equipment and systems:
• Evaluate customer specifications;

• Develop step-by-step test procedures for fabricated custom products and their sub-components:
• Ensure proper testing of the product;

• Assist other engineers with problems encountered, reducing project completion time.
• Answer customer inquiries (via telephone, fax or letter) on products designed, to ensure satisfied customers.
• Generate IOM (Installation, Operation and Maintenance) documents for custom products or systems, supplying the customer with accurate documentation on products purchased.
• Provide technical support to customers during the installation and start-up of customer products or systems.
• When necessary, travel to customer site if operational problems occur and require the attention of design engineer.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or diploma
• Minimum two years related experience in handling Telecommunications, PAGA system, Electrical products or more than 5 years related experience in Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical and Heavy Industrial may be considered.
