The TS Senior Security Engineer performs test activities and manages the internal or external customer independently. In your new role you will:

• Responsible for a portfolio of IC products to support increasing volume in Infineon.
• Responsible for Continuous Backend Yield Monitoring, Cost Reduction & Quality Improvement.
• Implement Statistical Part Average Testing, Dynamic PAT & Advanced Maverick Screening Methodologies on Non Turnkey parts in Infineon.

• Work with Product Engineering Tools team to deliver new and efficient tools for Product Engineers (PE).

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Computer Science, Data science or Statistics or Electrical engineering, Electronic, Microelectronics.
• More than 4 years' experience in Advanced Data Analysis and/or Product Engineering background dealing with Power devices (IC, MCM etc.) in High Volume manufacturing.
• Excellent people leadership skills, good team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Experience in data tools such as JMP, Spotfire, CEDA, Galaxy Examinator, KNIME. (Data analytic & tools)
• Knowledge of advanced scripting languages such as SQL, R, Python and advanced graphing & visualization, advanced statistics & modelling.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning Knowledge is a plus.
