Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with Process Engineer & Engineering team to establish QC standards.
• Creating documentation for inspection criteria and quality plans.
• Collaborating with QA, Process, and Product teams to address quality issues through corrective action.
• Conducting in-process audits and final quality control audits with the Process team.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Manufacturing/Quality Engineering or equivalents.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry.
• Responsible for controlling Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA).
• Oversight of quality control for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, and 45001, and FDA requirements.
• Understanding IPC requirements in PCB assembly and quality standards for various manufacturing processes such as plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping, and machining parts.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Software Engineer - Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a team of developers, oversee software development projects, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications. You will also act as a mentor and collaborator, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation within the team.

Top Core skills

• Strong proficiency in Java (8+), Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), and Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle). Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and build tools (Maven, Gradle).
• Proven experience leading a team of software engineers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills which are good to have / optional

• Responsible for USB2.0/USB3.0 device driver development, test, optimisation, and maintenance.
• Perform WHQL testing and certification of drivers and device frameworks.
• Take part in all phases of SDLC and prepare corresponding documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering
• At least 5 years of USB device drivers’ development experience in Windows/Linux/mac/WinCE
• Good knowledge of USB2.0/USB3.0/ USBCV protocols and USB Device Classes (HID, MSC, CDC, UVC, UAC, DFU, Custom).
