• Establish and manage a quality programme to meet stringent quality requirements
• Ensure smooth progress and timely completion of quality works according to BCA CONQUAS/QM requirement and Singapore building codes, regulations, specifications & contract requirements.
• Ensure subcontractor’s works are carried out as per the approved method statement
• Perform checks on M&E materials/works
• Be responsible for CONQUAS/QM assessment & related works/inspection
• Ensure all materials used had obtained approval from the client/consultants.
• Be responsible of all QA/QC documents of the entire project
• Be responsible for the closure of non-comformance, NCR and site instruction, SI

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum a Diploma in electrical engineering.
• Possess at least 2 years’ of site experience in QA/QC field for M&E projects, Data Center, testing & commissioning in construction industry
