Experience

• Work experience as a sterilization engineer in a medical device manufacturing environment
• Experience with qualification validation of equipment and processes for sterilization of medical device
• Working knowledge of ISO11135 EtO Sterilization for Medical Devices and/or any other relevant standards such as ISO11137 Gamma Sterilization
• ISO13485 Internal auditor

Skills

• Statistical Analysis (Hypothesis Testing, ANOVA, Gage R&R, DOE etc)
• Root cause analysis (Kepner-Tregoe, 5-Why, 6M etc)

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and oversee the entire IT operation and ensure all day-to-day activities are addressed according to the requirements.

Ensure corporate applications, systems, networks, and digital assets are adequately protected and mitigated against cyber threats and risks.

Review and improve the IT risk management, governance and compliance.

Ensure high availability of IT services and perform regular backup of business data and application systems.

Review and enhance IT policies, standards, guidelines and best practices.

Design, setup, configure and troubleshoot network systems.

Responsible for internal IT Infrastructure System (hardware, software, application, IT related cloud functions).

Accountable for coordination, status reporting and ensuring the technical infrastructure and system resources are delivered on time adhereing to high quality standards.

Lead for IT Operation related projects for current and new initiatives.

Degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.

At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in the IT infrastructure field. Proven track record of handling IT operations and data security for the construction industry.

What Will You Do?

You will be part of the Information Services Group that leads the development and implementation of enterprise-wide ICT solutions for HDB, working closely with in-housed or outsourced development teams to create and maintain scalable and highly reliable systems. Your goal is to ensure the smooth delivery of digital services to delight our customers.

- Define and implement systems’ metrics and perform monitoring activities

- Define and implement automations, visualisations and alerts on systems’ health

- Oversee staging releases to Production, ensuring stability and maintaining quality & efficiency in large scale cloud environments

- Respond to and troubleshoot incidents, providing post-mortem analysis/ areas of improvement

- Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance

- Collaborate with stakeholders and management, to identify and implement improvements towards efficient daily operations

- Analyse and identify trends/ opportunities across the cloud environment to improve the performance of the applications

You Will Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• Strong background in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) role, Infrastructure Engineering or Application support with DevOps

• Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more programming languages – Python/ Java and configuration management/ IAC tools – Ansible/ Terraform

• Strong experience in a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) with hands-on working knowledge in Jira, Confluence, Gitlab

• Experience in container technologies using Docker or Kubernetes

• Experience in AWS cloud architectures and infrastructure management (Terraform / CloudFormation)

• Experience in design and implementation of observability platforms

• Experience driving major production incidents and organised incident retrospective Meetings

• Good understanding of and experience in review and providing recommendation covering the AWS well architected framework

• Understanding of IT Service Management and Operations for Cloud

• Familiarity with the Singapore Government Tech Stack is preferred but not a must

DESIGN, UTILITY & INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER

(Civil Engineering works)

Key Roles

1. Design and review of C&S systems during front end engineering design (FEED) and basic design for Instrumentation and Controls Engineering for centralised utility facilities, utility power and water, petrochemical industries and utility scale renewable projects
2. Develop C&S engineering design deliverables (control architecture, control and instrumentation datasheets, control system specification, etc.)
3. Review inter-disciplines design/ engineering with consideration for safety, quality, performance, reliability, flexibility of operation with optimal project and life cycle cost
4. Develop and continually improve internal engineering best practices and procedures to provide engineering services of high quality in support of the various projects
5. Evaluation of new technology and innovation solutions
6. Participate in engineering activities during project execution including but not limited to preparation of Scope of Work / Design Memorandum / Minimum Functional Specification, tender review on technical proposals and clarifications, attend site queries and site installation issues that related to design, pre-commissioning, testing and commissioning, PSSR, etc.
7. Review and approval of detailed design submitted by Contractors and ensure compliance with Standards and all the conpany best practices
8. Establish system and documentation for company engineering standards & specification, ITP, approved vendor/manufacturer list, material specifications, discipline's schedule of rates and cost estimate template, engineering checklists, etc.
9. Ensure all activities carried out are in full compliance to all regulatory and authority requirement
10. Managing the design of utility diversion route, supporting structure & other required struture
11. Study and determine the existing utilities, In-charge of site utility diversion work
12. Engage and liaise with approved subcontractor for any services diversion works
13. Identify and resolve system failures and perform to oversee preventative maintenance
14. Compile data on utility process units, monitoring system efficiency and energy and material usage
15. Manage utility construction projects, developing project scope, timelines specifications, and budgets

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation and Controls engineering discipline or equivalent
• Min 4 years of experience in civil engineering and project management
• Conversant with local codes and authority submission procedures
• Competent in common engineering design software, analytical tools and BIM software
• Proactive, responsible and keen to work in a team
• Excellent interpersonal, good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination:

Collaborate with the project management team to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for HVAC projects.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.

Coordinate and schedule project activities, subcontractors, and resources effectively.

Design Review and Analysis:

Review HVAC system design drawings and specifications to identify potential issues or improvements.

Perform engineering calculations and simulations to optimize system performance.

Provide input and technical guidance during the design phase.

Material Procurement and Vendor Management:

Assist in the procurement of HVAC materials and equipment.

Evaluate and select vendors and suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.

Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely deliveries.

Quality Control and Inspection:

Implement quality control processes to ensure HVAC systems meet project requirements.

Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and compliance.

Identify and address any deviations from project standards.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, change orders, and progress reports.

Prepare and submit regular project status reports to the project management team.

Document and address any project-related issues or disputes.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure that all HVAC installations comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

Promote a culture of safety among project team members and subcontractors.

Conduct safety audits and address any safety concerns promptly.

Client Communication:

Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding HVAC project updates and inquiries.

Address client concerns and seek opportunities for additional services.

Budget and Cost Control:

Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure they align with project plans.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control measures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

1-2 years of experience in HVAC engineering and project management.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, design principles, and industry best practices.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, HVAC design software, and project management tools.

Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

5.5 days /week
