• Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions
• Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support
• Troubleshoot and investigate cause of user’s problem
• Update work information with all troubleshooting steps used in the ticketing system
• Set Incident to “Resolved” if User’s problem has been solved
• Reassign ticket if agent is unable to resolve ticket

• Preparation of daily items withdrawal request from various department
• Load and unload of pallets from incoming truck to warehouse racking
• Ensuring the accuracy and record incoming and outgoing of items to and from warehouse.
• Perform weekly cycle count and replenish item from 3PL

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Engineering
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in executing testing and developing test automation solutions involving devices (UI-based or embedded) and/or back-office systems with familiarity on the full system development lifecycle from requirement, development, to testing and deployment;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Able to work well both independently as well as in a team;
• Certification in software testing preferred;
• Experience in payments industry and automation testing is a plus
