A little about you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 - 8 years of experience working in a pre-sales capacity related to Engineering/IT, preferably in the Aviation industry
• Has at least 3 years’ experience in designing, implementation of engineering/IT solutions
• Familiar with Aviation regularity compliance is a plus
• Strong technical skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a methodical and disciplined manner. Set and manage expectations with senior stakeholders and team members
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including being able to interact with senior executives
• History of creating rapport with customers, from line technicians to line and mid-level managers
• Sectorial knowledge like Singapore Government, Transport and Financial is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee tunnel construction activities on site.
• Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Monitor and manage the progress of tunnel construction according to project schedules and budgets.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on tunnel construction activities.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to project management.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of tunnel construction activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in underground civil works (tunnelling), Diaphragm Wall, Bore Piling is a plus
• Possess RE Registration with IES is advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on technical leadership and management of day-to-day activities of the ML engineering team within an Agile / Scrum environment.
• Build and grow a best-in-class engineering team.
• Working closely with the engineers to architect and develop the best ML solutions on the public cloud, including models, pipelines, performance optimization, testing and deployment.
• Collaborate across engineering and product teams to translate business needs into ML specifications and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electric Engineering.
• 8+ years of building successful machine learning software solutions.
• 3+ years of experience managing ML and software engineers.
• Strong machine learning and deep learning fundamentals.
• Proficiency in developing and deploying ML solutions on Azure or other public cloud providers.
• Understanding of best practices in MLOps and software development processes including coding standards, code reviews, data and model pipelines, source control (Github), and test automation/CICD.
