Job Requirement

• Any qualification in Automotive/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
• Minimum technical knowledge of data analysis methods and success in solving complex problems.
• Proficiency using relevant tools. (Python, Spark, Hive, MATLAB, Power BI, R)
• Real-world experience using Hive to query Hadoop data file structures.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for commercial vehicles, including market analysis, forecasting, and competitive positioning.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals, while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including fleet buyers, logistics companies, and corporate customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets and segments, and securing contracts with key commercial clients.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of the company’s commercial vehicle offerings and stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor products to effectively communicate value to customers.
• Manage pricing, quotations, and contract negotiations to ensure profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
• Work closely with various departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals and ensure smooth execution of sales contracts and vehicle delivery.

Requirements:

• Possesss over 8 years of industry experience with 5 full software development lifecycles.
• Proven Full Stack Developer with MEAN/MERN stacks, strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (TypeScript), and React/Svelte. Proficient in Golang, JavaScript, and database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Expertise in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, web services, and web application architecture.
• Familiar with asynchronous/message-driven architectures.
• PMP, CISSP, OpenJS, Kafka, and Scrum certifications are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills; able to work independently or in a team.
