Responsibilities:

• Engage in the development, application support testing and implementation of new systems, change request and solutions;

• Work with software architect to understand the overall technical architecture and how each feature is implemented. To design, develop, and implement secure, reliable and efficient enterprise web applications

• Perform design, implementation and maintenance of single product modules/sub-systems or on lower level issues of multiple products;

• Responsible for executing defined processes and solutions, such as compliance to escalation procedures and customer support processes;

Requirements:

• Having knowledge of .Net Core technologies, SQL server, tracing and understanding of the logs;

• A strong understanding of web fundamentals, including HTML/CCS

• Experience with web programming and scripting languages, including JavaScript, ReactJS, Java etc

• Must be hands-on and enjoys programming

• Solid experience with DevOps skills such as CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes etc

Responsibilities

• Manage the project site by overseeing the day-to-day activities related to the construction of the project as designated by Project Manager
• Liaise with consultant for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
• Conduct inspection and checks on work performed by subcontractors

Job Description

· Co-ordination and supervision of M&E works

· Liaise with M&E Consultants

· Ascertain and make provision for all M&E and building services in collaboration with the project staff

· Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements.

· Highlight and advise the project staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the building works

· Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants / engineers, clients’ project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission

· Review design deliverables together with the design consultants / engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission

· Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements

· Project Management and sites supervision works.

· Able to coordinate with contractors and consultants for engineering issues and drawing plans.

· Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems and procedures.

Job Requirements:

Minimum five years of engineering experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control and eligible for application as a Resident Engineer or Recognised Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer, and at least three years of experience in the construction supervision for building projects with basement structures.

• Handle additional assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering with PEB recognition.
• Working experience in A1/A2 building companies is preferred.
