1. Primary Responsibilities

• Client & Consultant Interaction: Act as the primary quality liaison with clients and consultants, updating them on QA/QC matters and addressing quality concerns directly related to CONQUAS scoring.

3. Reporting & Documentation

• Quality & CONQUAS Reports: Prepare quality and assessment reports, including checklists and summaries that reflect compliance with CONQUAS scoring standards, inspection records, and non-conformance resolutions.
• Record Management: Maintain comprehensive QA/QC records, including BCA CONQUAS documentation, material certificates, inspection logs, and testing results.

4. Technical Skills and Knowledge

• CONQUAS Standards & Guidelines: In-depth knowledge of BCA’s CONQUAS standards, especially in structural, architectural, and M&E works criteria, assessment scoring, and inspection guidelines.

5. Training & Development

6. Qualifications

Requirements

• Master or Bachelor's Degree in Computer science, AI, Data Science is preferred.
• Experience in ML model training/fine-tuning from Data preprocessing all the way to model serving

• Responsible for electrical and instrument preliminary and detailed design, costing, procurement and execution for M&E projects

Station on-site and perform daily inspection and preventive maintenance works in Mechanical and Electrical Systems according to Scheduled Maintenance

ISCE2 is looking for a highly motivated candidate to join Advanced Characterization and Instrumentation (ACI) Division. This candidate will play an important role to contribute the following and ensure successful and sustainable operations for our ACI technical domains.

• Maintain quality management system and support material characterization requirements for technical domains "Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry" and "NMR, Physical and Thermal Characterization".
• Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Domain - HPLC / LC-QTOF / LCMS-MS / CIC / GPC / ICP-OES / ICP-MS / GC / TD, PY, HS-GCMS / Gas sampling and analysis, etc.
• NMR, Physical and Thermal Characterization Domain - NMR, FTIR, UV, BET, SDT, TPDRO, EA, Rheometer, Tensile Testing, etc.
• Foster strong partnership and close collaborations with both internal R&D and external key industry stakeholders.
