About the Role - You will

• Perform preventive maintenance and product conversion of the sputtering tool.
• Work with equipment and process engineering on continuous tool improvement on reliability performance and product defect reduction.
• Initiate ideas on equipment OEE and productivity improvement, safety hazards and cost saving reduction projects.
• Be trained to utilize data analytics and machine learning applications for tool troubleshooting and your feedback will be sought after for further improvements
• Be trained on vacuum technology fundamental and have the opportunities for continual learning and growth.

About You

Your Experience Includes

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering or Diploma or ITE

Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. • Attend to and perform daily support, maintenance and troubleshooting onsite and offsite
• Provide on site support for various systems, network and desktop troubleshooting, to ensure that the service meets the SLA
• To work with product team on any system enhancement or troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT or relevant discipline
• Prefer experience in desktop support and good working knowledge in Windows OS, Basic Networking
• Experience in customer support environment will be advantageous
• Good technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills, with strong customer-oriented attitude and inter-personal skills
• Willing to travel to multiple sites
• Willing to work alternate shift hours: 2 days work and 2 days off rotational shift (AM Shift: 8AM to 8PM; PM Shift 8PM to 8AM).

JOB DESCRIPTION

Coordinate cleaning validation activities for API manufacturing Pharmaceutical plant. Prepare and execute protocols and reports for cleaning development and validation. Perform investigation of deviations / discrepancies. Oversees and reviews validation area processes.

The responsibilities may include some or all of the following.

Monitoring and testing:

• testing the proper functioning of utilities & equipments and resolving any issues, including making adjustments or improvements;
• maintaining the correct calibration and other parameters of instrumentation and equipment;
• correctly interpreting customer requirements, and initiating and supervising validation activities.

Reporting and documentation:

• creating databases and validation schedules to track validation activities;
• documenting test results and performing analyses;
• preparing compliance, analysis and other reports.

Training and supervision:

• training and updating staff in your team;
• overseeing the work of junior team members;
• regularly updating knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Science, Pharmacy or Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experiences in cleaning validation in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

Specific skills and attributes you will need typically include:

• Detailed understanding of manufacturing processes and the appropriate safety regulations.
