• Identify, study, propose, and implement area for improvement in the field of instrumentation engineering to enhance operation and improve overall equipment reliability
• Supervise on-site contractors/additional supplier’s C&I technician(s) as well as C&I vendors to perform site works, review their work procedures and instructions to ensure compliance to achieve highest quality of work in a safe manner
• Participate actively in any meeting, discussion and initiative by team which is relevant to the job role and business needs in order to safeguard company’s interest
• Populate inputs into the Computerized Materials and Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure data and history of equipment maintenance activities are captured accurately. Provide inputs to Planning Engineer with regard to instrument maintenance activities for consolidation

Job Requirements

• Possess a degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering or Electronics and Electrical Engineering with at least three (3) years of working experience in the instrumentation field, or a diploma in the same fields with at least seven (7) years of working experience in instrumentation field
• Proficient in the codes and standards in the power plant industry i.e. BSI, ISO27001, ANSI, IEC, IEEE, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a team player and able to work with all levels of management and multinational staff
• Hands-on experience in field instrumentation and sensors of different makes
• Proficient in power plant DCS and HMI systems, specifically experience with ABB Advant DCS, GE Alspa DCS will be an advantage
• Proficient in any power plant PLC control system

• Working Location: Boon Lay
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (Morning Shift 6 AM – 2 PM / Afternoon Shift 2 PM – 10 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $5,000 + AWS + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform periodic walk-through, validation of equipment status, amber lights check, etc.
• Review work order requests in the queue and respond to semi-routine work orders by adhering to commitment times.
• Escalate and expedite orders to appropriate teams upon standard operating procedures.
• Rack and stack semi-routine customer equipment tickets.
• Support datacenter standard operating cross-connect work order requests.
• Support standard operating testing and standard operating installations of customer assets.
• Support standard operating procedures of layer 1 cross-connect certification testing.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Analyse tender documents, drawings and specifications
• Conduct quantity take off and estimate costs
• Coordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors to prepare costing for tender submission
• Prepare tender and supporting documents for submission
• Follow up on any technical clarifications during post-tender stage
• Attend site showrounds and tender interviews
• Prepare sub-contractor agreement, work order and VO
• Monitor project progress and control budget
• Collaborate with Project Team to track work progress for claim submission to Main Contractor
• Assess sub-contractor's monthly claims and prepare payment certificate/response

Job Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-4 years experience in Construction, preferably in handling ACMV / HVAC projects for building construction industry.
• Knowlegeable of ACMV details, local codes and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a good team player.
• Strong follow up and closure skills

Seeking individual with keen interest to develop modern digital skillsets and knowledge for quantity survey, data management and analysis of MEP / HVAC / ACMV systems to compete in the current global trend of sustainability and green endeavors.

Scope

• Reporting: Reporting to QS Manager
• Objectives: Participate in tendering process and to successfully bid for projects
• Quantity Survey: Collect data for management and analysis of cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration and procurement. (Individual Scopes follows below)
• Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Develop comprehensive and strategic cost estimates for tenders and projects, taking into account project specifications, current market rates, and labor costs. Prepare and present these estimates, transforming data into actionable insights and deliverables that meet tendering requirements and enhance the likelihood of successful bidding.
• Contract Administration: Work with Contract Manager to prepare and review contract documents, tender documents, and bills of quantities in accordance with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) guidelines and Singapore's regulatory framework, ensuring strict compliance across work done.
• Procurement Management: Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and/or consultants for the procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring optimal cost efficiency and quality control.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering , Sustainable Infrastructure in Building Services, Quantity Surveying or equivalent /
• Experience in MEP / HVAC / ACMV is added advantage
• Experience in Data Analysis concepts is added advantage
• Knowledge in modern digital solutions like modelling take off software, RPA, advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills, utilising AI / ML are added advantage.
• Strong literacy in English and willing to learn in a changing industry.

Responsibilities:

-Responsible for all technical support of new product introduction, including product improvement, component production, and the entire process of product assembly and packaging
-Responsible for effective change management: implementation of Engineering Change Notice & get
customer approval for Engineering Change Request
-Receive initial product training, compile, and update product assembly instructions, be responsible for the complete transfer of product technical details from the customer to the company, and continuously improve, and innovate processes and technologies.
-Contact the customer's designated personnel on product-related technical issues.
-Responsible for training the assembly team and implementing improvements within the production team.
-Establish assembly work instructions based on customer & specifications.
-Monitor, identify, develop, and implement improvements in process control systems and equipment.
-Create Bill of Material & routing in ERP for assembly.
-Troubleshoot and optimize assembly processes and follow up with production Improve process robustness, yield, product quality and process time.
-Define and follow up on special tooling requirements.
-Manage customer documentation (drawings, specification, etc.)

Education:

-Possess at least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics or equivalent.

Skills:

-A minimum 2 years working experience in high precision mechatronics assembly or design.

Experience:

-Knowledge and direct experience in mechanics, electronics, control systems, pneumatics, hydraulics in semicon industry.
-Knowledge in Assembly of mechatronics systems, linear motors, sensors, servos, actuators, dynamics, controls, etc.
-Complex mechatronic systems for test and qualification of design changes.
-Exposure to multi-disciplinary projects, such as imaging/optical systems, semiconductor, or lithography preferred -but not mandatory.
-Able to perform root cause analysis and resolve problems on a conceptual and advanced troubleshooting level.
Proficiency in reading and updating technical drawings.

1. Responsible for reviewing and preparing accounting vouchers and other accounting processing work, verifying and processing transactions

2. Responsible for the company's tax declaration work, maintaining good communication with the tax department, timely understanding changes in tax policies, and ensuring the company's tax compliance

3. Cooperate with the company's financial management work, complete the preparation of internal financial management reports, and provide reference basis for the company's daily management decisions

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree, major in financial management, accounting or related fields

2. Have more than 3 years of experience in financial accounting management, with good accounting knowledge and skills, proficient in Office software

3. Possess basic financial accounting analysis skills, able to analyze and optimize the company's financial situation

4. Strong communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and cooperate with other departments

5. Strong written and oral communication skills, good at communication, proactive management and team spirit.

6. Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred

• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.

• Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other).

• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.

• Assess potential risks, materials and costs.

• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.

• Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.

• Handle over the resulting structures and services for use.

• Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.

• Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials.

• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.

• Working with a team of fellow engineers and construction crews to organize and complete projects.

1. To coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on the shopdrawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.
2. To attend to project / technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner / consultants in order for the site progress to proceed smoothly.
3. To verify the work done on site are in accordance to the approved drawings / specifications / authority’s requirement and also ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.
4. To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor / supplier ASAP in order to minimise delay to the construction progress.
5. To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.
6. To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.
7. Assist site management team in project Planning & coordination.
8. Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation.
9. Arrange and prepare documents for authorities’ submission for Conquas, RI, TOP etc.
10. To study tender / construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements.
11. Understanding of critical project criteria related to schedule & productivity.
12. Must be a team player and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
13. Strong oral and written communication skills.
14. Able to work independently, proactive and self-motivated.
15. Able to provide guidance to new staff / junior staff.
