Responsibilities:

• To assist the Project Manager on project site work by focusing mainly on the aspects of construction, safety quality management, and project coordination of projects and maintenance works and to ensure smooth work progression and completion within target time and budget.

Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

• Work Orders ManagementHandle requests via email and physical documentation.
  Coordinate repair works by liaising with vendors and applying for work permits.
  
• Minor Repair & MaintenanceReplace cabinet door hinges, electrical plugs, and light bulbs (low height).
  Conduct general maintenance tasks to ensure everything operates seamlessly.
  
• Routine ServicingClean fan motor areas in chillers/freezers (3 times per store/year).
  Ensure cables and plugs are clean and safe.
  
• Project AssistanceSupport exciting new projects and initiatives.
  
• Inventory ControlManage operating supplies, inventory, and distribution.

Responsibilities:

• Be a technical specialist in developing EMS manufacturing solution of Box Build and System Level Assembly capability and capacity to meet customer deliverables.
• Participate in RFQ phase to provide manufacturing quote, to meet customer product specifications and cost expectation.
• Understand customer requirement and develop manufacturing plan of NPI project to meet customer deliverables.
• Execute NPI activities includes project plan (Gantt Chart), process setup, layout & validation and develop the documentation (Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, WI).
• Coordinate and work with Manufacturing Technical Staffs for the First Article run & qualification.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechatronics / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  Preferably 3-5 years in Cable Hardness & System Level Assembly and Testing EMS working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
• Proficient in BOM, 3D CAD and Schematic diagram.
• Experience in FMEA, SPC, DOE and 8D reports.
• Good analytical skill and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders
• Able to travel occasionally for site support
