• Recognized Civil Engineering qualification or related field (Bachelor/ Master’s degree).

Research Engineer

As part of National Semiconductor Translation and Innovation Center (NSTIC), the candidate will be involved in the photonic device fabrication based on Silicon-based material platforms (Silicon-on-Insulator, Silicon Nitride, Germanium (Ge), and SiGe), Lithium Niobate, and III-V semiconductor materials. • Develop, design, and optimize integration flow for Silicon Nitride-based and Lithium Niobate-based photonic devices, including lithography, etching, deep-trench, and dicing.
