Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the creating and executing methods and procedures for the inspection, testing, and evaluation of the products and production equipment.
• Responsible for the designing and evaluating processes, mechanisms, and equipment used in inspection and testing.
• Responsible for quality assurance tests and statistical analyses to assess control levels and manage risks related to product quality
• Responsible for root cause analyses of incidents that necessitate corrective actions.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in engineering or equivalent
• Min 3 years’ relevant working experience in Quality Management

Job Description:

• Responsible in preparing documentation including daily report, monthly progress report, method of statement and work procedure to project manager.
• Responsible in overseeing drawing management and make sure the updated drawings to the clients and subcontractor are issued.
• Assist the project manager or senior project engineer in coordinate with related consultant and quantity surveyor on the change order issued
• Coordinate and work closely with safety personnel to ensure all government and safety regulation are complied.
• Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update the progress of work.

• Define System Design Deliverables and review with leads to finalise that suit to the project.

• Develop and / or review design documentation as per Deliverable List with leads e.g. Process Flow Diagrams Piping and Instrumentation Drawings, System Layouts, Equipment and Instrumentation data sheets.
• Review and participate in tendering activities (tender preparation, tender interview/clarification meetings, evaluate proposals submissions and Tender Recommendation Report preparation).
• Perform engineering reviews on vendor documentation to ensure compliance and completeness in technical scope.
• Brief Process Engineers/Supervisors on the project scope and ensure system complete on schedule.
• Participate in Risk and Process Hazard Analysis.
• Prepare budget and cost estimations.
• Mentor and provide guidance to Process Engineers in their work.

• Plan, organise and approve Inspecting and Test Plant, Inspection Qualification and Testing and Commissioning.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering
• Diploma holders with additional 2 - 3 years’ experience unless equated with professional certifications.
• With 6 - 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience in design and/or construction in either Deionised/Ultrapure Water or Wastewater or Chemical or Gas Systems
• Experience in leading team in throughout project cycle start from concept design, detail design, construction, testing and commissioning, handing over.
• Understanding of Codes and Engineering Standards of International Clients.
• Conversant in the use of design software.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management related qualifications.
• M&E Facilities operations background with at least 3 years of experience will be an added advantage. Advantage to have Fire Safety Protection Certification.
