Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee, manage, and supervise Company’s in-house and external Contractors for all mechanical maintenance works related to planning and execution of daily maintenance, transition maintenance, turnaround maintenance and upgrading and improvement related to maintenance
• Ensure all mechanical maintenance activities are carried out in accordance to the Company’s HSEQ Standards & Maintenance Management System, statutory requirements and best industry practices.
• Establish, continually improve & execute Company’s maintenance management system in a safe, efficient, and effective way to achieve highest equipment reliability & availability objective.
• Update and maintain accurate maintenance records in order to provide good maintenance history for data analysis and troubleshooting purposes.
• Conduct root cause analysis to eliminate equipment/ system defect and take appropriate preventive/ corrective measures.
• Optimize & manage mechanical maintenance inventory level of critical & non-critical equipment spare parts.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Familiar with Static and Rotating equipment
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Chemical Process Plant

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Field Support Engineer who is passionate and responsible to join our Car Park Technical Support team. The candidate should be someone who enjoys challenges, hands-on work and problem-solving. We identify and nurture "best-fit candidates" that are we believe can grow alongside the company.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

· To upkeep and perform Preventative Maintenance of security and parking equipment, and day-today troubleshooting and corrective maintenance at various car park sites.
· Promptly submit and write Service Reports and Maintenance Checklists after each session to ensure the next team can follow-up on next-steps in a timely manner.
· Assist in resolving technical issues with customers, contractors and vendors.
· Able to provide necessary training to teammates and end-users.
· Assist in project implementation and enhancement work of security and car park systems including installation and commissioning.
· Work closely with the Technical Support and Customer Support team both onsite and remotely.
· Assist with stock management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Professional Certificate in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or any related field.
· Possess good communication and presentation skills with good command of English.
· At least 1-2 years of working experience in car park or security field preferred.
· Experience dealing with CCTV, network access and other security devices will be advantageous. Able to work well in a team.
· Valid Class 2 or 3 Driving License required.
Willing to work on rotational standby duties

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Heat Treatment Daily Operations, support shift team on Grade Change Maintenance activities and Day shift Operations
• In charge of day-to-day operation for Heat treatment unit to ensure quality, safety and production capacity are met according to production plan
• Lead and support GCM transition activities for HT facility, and main operation in ensuring cleaning activities are done efficiently up to company operation standard before handing over to maintenance
• Ensure any operational issues are communicated and followed by the maintenance team by working closely with maintenance contractor and coordinator
• Support the shift team in multiple aspects of operation consisting of off-spec PVA blending, chemical loading/unloading, chemical preparation and GCM cleaning
• On all activities, report to shift supervisor and day supervisor to ensure daily operation are done safely and according to the requirement
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• NITEC or Diploma in Chemical Process Technology
• At least 3 years’ working experience as Process Technician in a chemical industry
