· Support Sales Team in orders processing i.e. purchase orders, sales orders, delivery orders etc.
· Assist Sales Team in quotation preparation to customers.
· Process, track and coordinate sample requests with suppliers and customers.
· Process work orders for parts producing in-house.
· Monitor delivery dates and times of the suppliers and other relevant department to ensure sales orders are delivered in a timely manner.
· Assist QA department in handling rejects from customers and suppliers to meet customer’s satisfaction.
· Study the forecast demand from customer closely and make purchase orders to suppliers as per required demand to ensure that stock inventory is in control.
· Produce sales reports on a regular basis as per request by Manager
· Train new employees to ensure they understand the job requirements.
· Support Sales Team in daily operation to meet monthly sales targets and goals set.
· Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior or management.
Requirements:
- At least a year of related working experience.
- Meticulous, organized individual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Prior experience in Electronics/ Manufacturing industries is advantageous.
