Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the RTOs in performing their duties on site so that they can provide satisfactory supervision.
• Provide administrative control and maintaining proper records including site attendance, leave records, overtime records and inspections checklists.
• Review Contractor's submissions, work method statements and work demonstrations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolving site discrepancies to prevent delays.
• Attend site meetings, highlighting foreseeable problems and recommending possible solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering with at least 5 years' post tertiary experience in Singapore, of which 3 years must be of geotechnical and tunneling works as RE Tunnel.
• Must have accredited as RE (Tunnel).

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to solve specific business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define objectives, and deploy models into production environments.
• Train and fine-tune machine learning models using appropriate algorithms and techniques. Evaluate model performance using techniques such as cross-validation, hyperparameter optimization, and ensemble methods.
• Deploy machine learning models into production environments. Implement APIs and integrate models with existing systems and applications to enable real-time decision-making.
• Monitor model performance and address any issues or anomalies that arise. Continuously improve models by refining algorithms, optimizing code, and incorporating feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, generate insights, and present findings to stakeholders, using statistical methods and visualization techniques.

Requirements:

• Education qualification in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning or relevant field
• At least 3 - 4 years' work experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models in real-world applications
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, techniques, and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
