-Manage sub-contractors for efficient and prompt completion of work

-Attending to all design and technical meetingswith consultants,main contractors and svstemspecialists to ensure all aspects and consultants and main contractors on al mattersrelated to the proiect operation and

coordination

-To reviewthe tender specification reguirementand supplierquotation compliance

-Raise MR and order material & arrange manpower for necessary works

-To do quantities take off & prepare costbreakdown and comparison sheet

-Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment and systems to ensure proper operation.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, troubleshoot faults, and perform necessary repairs.
• Address technical issues related to electrical systems and equipment, providing on-site technical support.
• Identify root causes of failures, implement corrective actions, and ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Ensure all electrical services and installations comply with approved specifications, standards, design drawings, and safety regulations.
• Enforce strict quality control procedures to ensure project requirements are met.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with other specialty contractors and construction teams to resolve site conflicts and issues.
• Participate in commissioning and testing of electrical systems to ensure equipment functions as intended.

• Manage, Develop and implement strategic plans and budgets for the organization.
• Overall responsible to oversee day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure the completion on time and quality.
• Develop and implement efficient administrative policies and procedures to enhance productivity and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Should be able to visit construction site frequently to verify the quantities of progress and compare with the projections and analyse.
• Manage budgets, create financial reports, and present budget proposals to stakeholders
• Responsible to manage payment schedules and ensure all payments are made on time.
• Responsible to liaise with clients, customers and closely follow up with the payments.
• Identifies key areas of improvement, plans administrative processes, establishes guidelines, and implements protocols.
• Responsible to manage the accounts of the business, responsible for payments and to follow-up with clients.
• Tracks team performance and ensures quality of work is within acceptable levels.
