RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, propose and evaluate new business opportunities for business growth, with respect to the sale/purchase of refining products including procurement of intermediate components for value-added feedstock/blending entities, and third-party service collaboration.

In this role, you will manage the technical implementation of the Element quality management systems within Element Singapore and Malaysia business units. 10. Cross-functional Collaboration: (a) Work closely with the Quality team and Operations teams to ensure training aligns with organisational goals. (b) Share knowledge of best practices across sites to drive continuous improvement.
11. Promoting Safety and Quality Culture: (a) Train staff on workplace safety practices, hazard identification, and emergency response procedures. (b) Reinforce the importance of quality control and accurate testing in daily operations.

14. Performance Metrics Development: (a) Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of training programs on laboratory efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Preferred Civil Engineering Diploma or Bachelor of Civil Engineering Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) with ideally 5 years’ experience in construction materials testing.
• Experience of working in an ISO / IEC 17025 environment is a prerequisite.
