Job Responsibilities

Asset Management System Development:

• Design and develop core modules of the crypto asset management system, including asset allocation, portfolio management, and performance analysis.
• Develop a management platform supporting multiple accounts and asset classes (spot, derivatives, DeFi, etc.).

Interface and Data Integration:

• Integrate with major exchanges and on-chain protocols (e.g., Binance, Coinbase, Uniswap) to achieve market data capture, asset synchronization, and order management functions.
• Integrate on-chain data with off-chain market data to provide comprehensive analysis support for the asset management system.

System Optimization and Expansion:

• Optimize the performance and stability of the asset management system to meet high concurrency and high throughput business needs.
• Implement a distributed architecture to improve system scalability and disaster recovery capabilities.

Data Modeling and Analysis:

• Build statistical and analytical models related to asset management to support portfolio risk assessment and performance attribution analysis
• Provide intelligent asset allocation recommendations and yield optimization solutions based on historical and real-time data.

Security and Risk Control Support:

• Design and implement permission management, risk control modules, and security monitoring mechanisms for asset management business
• Ensure account security, fund security, and the integrity and compliance of system data.

Job Requirements

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in computer science, financial engineering, mathematics, or related fields.

Work Experience:

• Over 3 years of experience in fintech or asset management system development, with a preference for those with experience in the crypto industry.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Java, Go, Rust, Python) with experience in distributed system development.
• Familiar with database design and optimization (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching technologies (e.g., Redis).
• Familiar with on-chain data interfaces (e.g., Etherscan API, The Graph) and exchange APIs (e.g., REST, WebSocket).

Industry Knowledge:

• Understand business scenarios of crypto asset management, including portfolio management, performance evaluation, and risk control.
